What are the main Gaming NFT platforms?

At NRmine, we favour 3 specific games at this stage:

Sorare

Trading football (soccer) cards online is a child's dream for us. We love buying the pro footballers we follow and investing in the youngsters we believe will be the next Messi.

How do we invest in Sorare? We allocate 25% of our NFT portfolio on purchasing young prospects. Those prospects are analysed using FIFA's database FUTBIN.

The methodology is documented: we buy players younger than 22 years old, from the major nations (France, Belgium, England, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Argentina) who play in a major league outside their country. A French 21-year-old playing in the German Bundesliga is a huge prospect by our criteria.

If FIFA awards them a Team of the Week or Season (TOTW or TOTS), we raise the risk premium on that card and invest in a Rare or Unique version.

The Sandbox

There is a consensus at NRmine that The Sandbox is beautiful, promising, and buzzing. We are investing in Land. We do not invest in Alpha tokens.

We buy The Sandbox assets only from OpenSea.io. We do not store SAND tokens for investment.

When will we add more games to our portfolio?

Soon. We are actively looking for major franchises like FIFA, Madden, Civilization and others to jump into gaming NFT. That would be an upsell way to generate revenues on top of DLCs and would boost gaming engagement. The biggest games of the near future will be those with the largest communities of content creators.
